基于平台化的汽车前纵梁优化设计

摘要
本文针对碰撞安全对汽车前纵梁的性能要求,提出了同平台A、B两种不同车型的前纵梁通用化优化设计方案,对不同车型前纵梁的基本参数、结构形式和主断面进行了分析对比,基于分析结果提出了优化设计方案,并对优化方案进行了模拟分析以及实车碰撞验证。结果表明,通过优化前纵梁前部吸能区结构、增加前纵梁后部kickdown处内部加强板结构,可以实现某平台不同车型前纵梁通用化开发。
Based on collision safety performance requirements of automotive front rail structure,an generalized optimization design plan is put forward that a front rail structure can general used on different types of automotives basing on platform.The front rail structure of different types are analyzed and compared on basic parameters,structure forms and the main cross sections.Based on the analysis results,the optimization design plan is put forward,and the optimization plan is simulation verified.The result show that by optimizing front energy absorption area structure of the front rail structure and increaseing the rear kickdown internal reinforcement plate structure,a front rail structure can general used on different types of automotives basing on platform.
