屏蔽带状线与基片集成同轴线的区别

摘要
本文研究了屏蔽带状线与基片集成同轴线的区别。由于在结构上相似,屏蔽带状线与基片集成同轴线经常不能被明确区分,本文通过HFSS仿真将屏蔽带状线/基片集成同轴线与带状线做电磁场分布的对比,给出了区分屏蔽带状线与基片集成同轴线的依据。当外导体与内导体宽度之比大于3时,该结构与带状线电磁场分布相似,因此为屏蔽带状线;而当外导体与内导体宽度之比小于3时,该结构与带状线的电磁场分布不同,因此为基片集成同轴线。
This paper discusses the difference between shielded strip line and substrate integrated coaxial line. As the shielded strip line and the substrate integrated coaxial line have same structure,they cannot be clearly distinguished. In this paper, the electromagnetic field distribution of the shielded strip line/substrate integrated coaxial line and the strip line are compared with HFSS simulation. When the ratio of the width of the outer conductor and the inner conductor is larger than 3, this structure has similar electromagnetic field distribution to strip line, so it is the shielded strip line; when the ratio of the width of the outer conductor and the inner conductor is less than 3, the field distribution of the structure is different from the strip line,so the structure should be called the substrate integrated coaxial line.
