摘要
为发挥政府在科技创新中的作用,中美两国近期均制定实施了系列科技创新政策,本文从科技创新资金投入、人才培养引进、重大科技基础设施建设、技术研发供给、成果转化与创业孵化服务等方面,对比研究中美两国实施的供给面科技创新政策,总结分析中美供给面科技创新政策的契合程度和差距,并提出若干对策建议。
To play the role of government in science and technology innovation, the United States and China have recently implemented a series of innovation policies, this article from the introduction of science and technology innovation investment, talent training, major infrastructure construction, achievements transformation and business incubation service, analysis the supply side of science and technology innovation policy of the United States and China, summary of the fitness degree and gap, and put forward some suggestions.
