摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在突发性聋(Sudden sensorineural hearing 1oss,SSHL)中的表达及相互关系。方法:检测35例患者血浆中TNF-α的含量,同时选择40例健康人血浆作对照。结果:SSHL患者血浆中TNF-α的含量高于对照组(P<0.05);不同疗效的SSHL患者其血浆TNF-α的含量也不同,临床效果越佳其血浆TNF-α的含量越低;此外,达到临床治愈效果的患者其血浆TNF-α值较治疗前显著降低。结论:TNF-α可能参与SSHL的致病过程,是SSHL发病过程中重要的致炎因子之一,其含量可能预示病变的转归。
Objective:To investigate expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in cases with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL) and its correlation with each other.Methods:Plasma TNF-α level was detected in 35 cases with SSHL,and 40 healthy individuals were selected as the controls.Results:Plasma TNF-α level in the cases with SSHL was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05);plasma TNF-α level varied among the cases who had different outcomes of SSHL,and the better outcomes,the lower plasma TNF-α level;moreover,plasma TNF-α level of the cases with clinical cure was dramatically decreased after treatment.Conclusion:TNF-α may be involved in the pathogenic process of SSHL,which is one of the inflammatory factors during the pathogenesis of SSHL,and its level may predict prognosis of the disease.
