摘要
通过X射线衍射方法测试了复杂形状粉末高温合金涡轮盘在固溶淬火状态与时效状态的表面残余应力,较系统地研究了复杂盘件固溶淬火后残余应力的形成、表面分布及时效后的变化规律。
The residual stress of powder superalloy turbine dire caused by the thermal process has been measured through X-ray diffraction.The thermal process parameters will be changed or adjusted to reduce the residual stress according to the analysis results.The distortion of the disc can be ensured not to happen.At the same time,the disc do not deform during the machining.
