K488合金第四级涡轮透平动叶片的熔模精密铸造工艺研究

摘要
本文研究了K488合金第四级涡轮透平动叶片的熔模精密铸造工艺。工艺设计了蜡模采用冷蜡芯二次成型的成型方案;采用侧注的浇注系统、较少的内浇口数量、变截面的浇道来实现叶片的充型和定向补缩;采用浇注温度为T+30℃、模壳温度为T_0℃的浇注工艺,实现了第四级涡轮透平动叶片熔模精密铸件的试制,并且保证了铸件的合格率。
It was studied the K488 level 4 turbine power vane which produced by inverstment casting.Cold core was used secondary wax forming;side-gating system,less inner gating quantity and variable cross-section gating runner to realize filling and directional feeding;through using the process with pouring temperature T+30℃,mold temperature T_0℃.,to realize the level 4 turbine power vane investment casting production,and it can ensure the qualification rate of casting.
