可穿戴纤维状锂离子电池

摘要
锂离子电池,自20世纪90年代以后,被广泛用作各种电子器件的供电电源。近年来,可穿戴设备的蓬勃发展为锂离子电池带来了新的挑战和机遇。传统的平面刚性电池在柔性可穿戴设备的应用中遇到难题[1]。具有柔性、拉伸性等锂离子电池受到越来越多的关注。而最近问世的纤维状锂离子电池更是备受瞩目。纤维状锂离子电池具有一维结构,显示良好的柔韧性,并可通过低成本的纺织技术编织到织物中,为发展可穿戴设备提供了新的途径[2]。因此,我们基于柔性的复合碳纳米管纤维作电极,发展出了一种可穿戴纤维状锂离子电池。该电池除了具有优异的电化学性能,还具有柔性、可拉伸性、可编织性的优点,并且电化学性能在较大的弯曲和拉伸等变形中依然能稳定地保持。
It is highly desirable to develop flexible and efficient energy-storage systems for widely used wearable electronic products. To this end, fiber-shaped lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) attract increasing interest due to their combined superiorities of miniaturization, adaptability, and weavability, compared with conventional bulky and planar structures. In the present study, novel and safe wire-shaped lithium-ion batteries with high energy density as well as light weight and flexibility were fabricated and investigated.
