低场磁共振下纳米材料在疾病诊疗中的应用

摘要
纳米材料由于其独特性能,已广泛应用于生物医药领域,特别是在疾病的早期诊断和治疗中~1。低场磁共振(LF-NMR)技术在造影剂体内外造影~2、肿瘤排查及治疗3~、纳米药物性能评价~4、小动物体成分分析~5等中已发挥重要作用。造影剂由于其显著的增强效果,已在医学影像中不可或缺。LF-NMR技术在MRI造影剂及多模态造影剂的体内外造影效能评价、造影剂的代谢及毒性研究、疾病的早期诊断中占有重要地位。此外,随着诊疗一体化及精准医疗的发展,LF-NMR技术也在靶向药物载体性能研究、肿瘤排查及治疗等领域得到应用。最后,展望了LF-NMR技术在纳米医学领域的应用前景。
The nanomaterials have been widely used in biomedical fields due to its unique properties, especially in disease early diagnosis and treatment~1. Low field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR) has played an important role in contrast agents~2, tumor diagnosis and treatment~3, performance evaluation of nanomedicines~4, body composition analysis for animals~5 and so on. Contrast agents are essential to medical image for its significant enhancement. LF-NMR is a significant tool in imaging evaluation of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) or multi-modal contrast agents, metabolism and toxicity of contrast agents, and disease early diagnosis. Moreover, with the development of treatment integration and precision medicine, LF-NMR has applied in targeted drug carriers, tumor diagnosis, treatment and so on. Finally, the outlook for application prospect of LF-NMR are described in nanomedicines.
