上消化道出血患者32例内科护理体会

摘要

目的:对上消化道出血患者应用内科护理效果进行探讨。方法:择取我院2014年7月至2015年11月接收的上消化道出血32例患者作为研究对象,对其临床病例资料进行回顾性分析,给予内科综合性护理干预,观察护理后32例患者临床结局。结果:在32例上消化道出血患者中,通过给予内科护理后,31例临床效果均明显提高,1例因抢救无效死亡;十分满意8例,满意18例,一般4例,不满意2例,总满意度为93.75%。结论:给予上消化道出血患者有效护理,可提高临床治愈机率,值得应用与推广。
Objective:to discusses the application effect of medical care in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:will pick from July2014 to November 2015 receive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of 32 patients as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,giving medicine comprehensive nursing intervention,the nursing clinical outcome in patients with 32 cases.Results:in 32 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,by giving medical care,31 cases of clinical results were significantly improved,1 case for rescue invalid death:Is very satisfied with 8 cases,18 cases,4 cases were generally,are not satisfied in 2 cases,total satisfaction was 93.75%.Conclusion:for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and effective nursing,can improve the clinical cure rate,worthy of application and promotion.
