临床护理路径应用于脑梗塞患者效果评价

摘要
目的:探究临床护理路径应用于脑梗塞患者的应用价值。方法:选择2015年2月—2016年1月在我院就诊的154例脑梗塞患者随机分为2组各77例。对照组:药物治疗+传统护理;研究组:药物治疗+临床护理路径,比较两组患者住院费用及时间、治疗前后Barthel指数、疗效及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者住院费用与对照组无显著性差异,但住院时间为(16.4±7.51)天明显少于对照组;且研究组患者出院时Barthel指数为(61.2±8.01),有效率为90.91%,满意度为97.42%,明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:临床护理路径应用于脑梗塞患者住院费用适宜,能有效减少患者住院时间,提高其治疗后生活质量,具有临床推广意义。
objective:Explore the application value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral infarction. Method:154 cases of cerebral infarction treated in our hospital fromJanuary 2016 to February 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups, each of 77 cases. Control group: drug treatment + traditional care; study group: drug treatment + clinical nursing path, compared thetwo groups of patients in hospital costs and time, before and after the treatment of Barthel index, efficacy and nursing satisfaction. Result:Patients in the study group hospitalization expenses and thecontrol group had no significant difference, but the length of time for(16.4 + 7.51) days was significantly less than that of the control group; and research groups of patients discharged with Barthel Indexfor(61.2 + 8.01), rate was 90.91%, and the satisfaction was 97.42%, was significantly higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway in cerebralinfarction patients in hospital costs is appropriate, can effectively reduce the hospital stay, improve the quality of life after treatment, with clinical significance.
