膦酸官能化聚醚砜的合成及其综合性能的改进

摘要
本文通过与碱性聚醚砜复合的方法改进膦酸官能化聚醚砜的综合性能,制备新型质子交换膜。首先利用双酚A与甲醛、二乙胺反应生成取代双酚A,取代产物与亚磷酸三乙酯反应得到膦酸官能化双酚A单体(2,2-双(4'-羟基-3'-二乙基膦酸基甲基苯基)丙烷)~([1])。其次,膦酸官能化双酚A单体和4,4’-二氟二苯砜单体在高温下通过亲核取代缩聚反应得到膦酸官能化聚醚砜~([2])。第三,利用膦酸官能化聚醚砜与碱性聚醚砜复合,制备质子交换膜材料。最后,利用~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR表征单体和聚合物的结构,并利用多种实验方法表征膜的热稳定性、吸水性、质子电导率、甲醇穿透率等。结果表明,碱性聚醚砜与膦酸官能化聚醚砜复合膜,具有良好的综合性能。
The comprehensive properties of phosphonic acid functionalized poly(ether sulfone)(PES-PA) are improved by compositing with basic poly(ether sulfone), and novel proton exchange membrane is prepared. Firstly, the monomer of phosphonic acid functionalized bisphenol A is synthesized from bisphenol A, diethylamine and formaldehyde, followed by the reaction with triethyl phosphite. And then, PES-PA is synthesized via the nucleophilic aromatic substitution polycondensation of 2,2-bis(4'-hydroxy-3'-diethylphosphonomethylphenyl) propane and 4,4'-difluorodiphenyl sulfone. Thirdly, PES-PA is composited with basic poly(ether sulfone), and the final proton exchange membrane is prepared. Finally, the structures of monomers and polymers are characterized by ~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR, the thermal stability, water uptake, proton conductivity and methanol permeability of the composite proton exchange membrane are characterized by various experimental methods, and it is concluded that the composite proton exchange membrane possess excellent comprehensive properties.
