补服乳清蛋白对中等强度运动能力的影响

摘要
目的:探索运动前补充乳清蛋白对中等强度运动能力的影响。方法:选取16名正常体重,轻度身体活动水平的健康男性成年人作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验前通过递增负荷试验确定各受试者中等强度运动(蹬车)的功率,实验组饮用300ml富含乳清蛋白的常温牛奶,其中合有3.9g乳清蛋白,对照组饮用等量市售矿泉水,30min后进行1小时恒定功率蹬车运动。运动开始时与结束后0min分别抽取静脉血测血红蛋白、肌酐、尿素、肌酸激酶等生化指标,取指尖血测定乳酸,比较两组受试者在运动前后上述指标的变化情况。结果:纳入研究对象16名,平均年龄(22.38±1.45)岁,BNI为(20.83±1.48)kg/m~2。本实验发现运动前后比较实验组血红蛋白水平有所升高(P>0.05),对照组有所下降(P>0.05);实验组、对照组尿素水平运动后均有所升高(P>0.05);对照组肌酸激酶升高6.07%(P<0.05)、肌酐升高8.05%(P<0.05),实验组肌酸激酶、肌酐在实验后无明显变化;对照组在运动后血乳酸浓度约升高99.3%(P<0.05),实验组升高47.04%(P>0.05)。结论:中等强度运动前饮用富含乳清蛋白牛奶有助于保护红细胞功能,预防血红蛋白水平的下降,促进血乳酸的清除,缓解运动性疲劳,提高运动能力。
Objective;In order to study the influences of supplementationwhey-protein before exerciseto the moderate-intensity exercise ability.Methods:This paper take 16 healthy male adult with normal body weight and mild physical activity levels as study objects,then randomly divide into experimental group and control group.Before the exersice,according incremental exercise to ascertain the power of bicycle ergometer to ensure every subject proceed moderate-intensity exercise.People from experimental group drink 300 ml normal temperature milk contained3.9g whey-protein,while people from control group have the same amount of commercially available mineral water.After 30 minutes,proceed one-hourpedalling movement which is constant power load.Statistic result of hemoglobin,creatinine,urea,creatine kinase and other biochemical factors in blood through surveying venous blood and blood lactic acid through fingertip blood will be acquired through measurement.Results:There are 16 research objects involved in the study,whose average age is(22.38 ± 1.45) year olds and BMI is(20.83 ±1.48) kg/m2.This study find thatafter exercise hemoglobin from experimental group increase(P > 0.05) while control group decline(P > 0.05).There is slight increase in urea inboth two group(P > 0.05).Besides,creatine kinase from the control group increase by 6.07%(P < 0.05) and creatinine increase by 8.05%(P < 0.05),instead,there is no obvious change in experimental group.After exercise,blood lactic acid from control group is about 99.3%higher(P <0.05),the experimental group increase by 47.04%(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The resultsshow that the ingestion of wheyprotein beverage ensuing to the exercise effectively contribute to the normal function of the RBC and offset the consequence of decrease of MCHC in blood.It can promote the blood lactic acid removal,relieve fatigue and improve exercise capacity.
