规范化培养实习护生人文关怀意识的效果分析

摘要
目的:规范化培训实习护生人文关怀意识,调查实习护生学习动机并观察患者心理情况,为提高护理质量及护理教学质量提供新的探索。方法:以我院门诊手术室40例大专实习护生进行研究,均为女生,随机分为两组每组20人:A组为对照组,B组为培养组。A组:按传统模式实习,不参与本研究的任何培训。B组:系统的、规范的指导实习护生对门诊手术患者进行围术期人文关怀。并对患者进行问卷调查,了解患者对围术期护理的满意度情况。用大学生学习动机问卷调查分析两组实习护生学习动机情况。结果:患者对学生的满意度评分,B组患者明显高于A组(P<0.05);B组学生的学习动机明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化培养护生人文关怀意识能有效提高患者满意度,减轻患者焦虑心理,为术后早日康复提供了良好的条件,为护生的医疗教育提供了新思路。
Objective:To train normatively humanistic care consciousness on student nurses,and to investigate their learning motivation and patients, psychological conditions.Aim toprovide a new exploration to improve nursing quality and nursing teacthing quality. Methods:Forty female junior college student nurses and secondary student nurses who practiced in our outpatient operating room, were enrolled in this study,and randomly divided into two groups, group Aand group B,20 students in each group.Student nurses in group A were received traditional practice. Student nurses in group B were trained humanistic care consciousness normatively and systematicly for out-patients received operation.After practice, patients, satisfactions was investigated and thelearning motivations of all student nurses was analysed by college student questionnaire.Results: The scores of group B in patients, satisfactions to student nurses were significantly higher thangroup A(P<0.05). The learning motivation of group B weas significantly better than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The normative training humanistic care consciousness on student nursescould improve patients, satisfactions,to decrease the degree of patients,anxiety,and to provide a good condition for the early rehabilitation of the patients.It could provide a new idea for the medicaleducation of nursing students.
