发动机零部件防锈技术研究

摘要
钢铁类零部件是发动机上使用最多的零部件,但由于其本身容易生锈的特点,每年会给国家造成大量的经济损失,因此防锈显得尤为重要。本文主要从制造过程中防锈、零部件本身长期防锈、仓储过程防锈和运输过程防锈等几个方面进行阐述,简单介绍了发动机零部件常用的防锈技术。
Most parts used on engines are iron and steel parts,which also result in a large amount of economic loss every year,because of the characteristic that the materials easily get to rust.Thus,it is particularly important to protect the parts against getting rusty.This paper mainly elaborates the common techniques to prevent engines' parts from being rusty as following aspects:the anti-rust technology of parts themselves for a long term;the components' anti-rust protection during manufacturing,storing and transportation processes etc..
