摘要
本文介绍了一种Ka波段传输-反射特性测试的系统实现方案,对发射激励源、接收本振激励源以及毫米波收发前端关键部件进行了研究。其中Ka波段发射前端输出功率大于30d Bm,接收前端变频增益8.2d B。
In this paper, a kind of scheme for Ka-band transmission – reflectance characteristic test system is introduced, and the transmission oscillator, receiver oscillator, and transceiver front-end are analyzed specifically. The Ka-band transmit front-end output power is greater than 30 d Bm, and the frequency conversion gain of receive front-end is 8.2d B.
