摘要
智慧城市成为全球城市发展的新趋势,其作用和意义已经得到广泛的认同。滇南地区清洁能源丰富,以智慧能源引领智慧城市建设有着得天独厚的条件。本文首先梳理了智慧城市的国内外发展现状及评价指标,分析了智慧能源在现代城市建设中的核心作用;基于滇南地区经济及社会特点,提出了三种适用于滇南地区的智慧能源具体场景架构。最后,针对滇南地区智慧城市建设提出了相关建议,为智慧城市的建设提供可靠和有效的探索。
Smart city has become a new trend in the development of global cities, function and significance of which have been widely recognized. Southern Yunnan is rich in clean energy, which makes it has the unique condition to construct smart city with smart energy. In this paper, firstly, the development status and evaluation index of smart city are combed, and then the core functions of smart energy in modern urban construction are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of economy and society in Southern Yunnan, three smart energy scenarios are proposed which are applicable to Southern Yunnan. Finally, relevant suggestions are proposed for construction of Southern Yunnan smart city, which provides a reliable and effective exploration for the construction of smart city.
