超宽带快沿双指数脉冲源功率合成的优化设计

摘要
为了提高基于雪崩三极管级联的超宽带电磁脉冲源的输出功率,以其作为脉冲子源,提出了对两路相同的脉冲子源进行功率合成,分析了该脉冲子源的频率参数。根据输出脉冲的宽频带、陡前沿等特点,利用ADS仿真软件对三节、四节和七节功率合成模块进行了仿真和优化设计,最终确定并研制了最优的三节功率合成模块,通过实际测试得出:在脉冲子源的工作频带内,其输入和输出端口的回波损耗的最大值为-26dB,传输损耗基本保持在-3.2dB,输入端口间的隔离度的最大值为-28dB,该功率合成模块的仿真结果与实验验证基本一致,可以满足频带在200MHz至1.2GHz高稳定度脉冲源的功率合成。
In order to improve output power of Ultra-Wide Band pulser which is designed with 10 stages Marx circuit based on avalanche transistor.Power synthesis module of the two same pulser is proposed,and its frequency parameter is analysized.According to output pulse with wide frequency range,steep front edge,the three、four and seven pitch power synthsis module is emulated and designed using ADS software,and finally selected and developed three pitch power synthsis module with the best performace.The test results show that the developed power synthsis module can produce-26dB maximum echoing loss about in and out port,-3.2dB transmission loss,-28dB maximum isolation degree about in port,which emulation result and test result is corresponded and can satisfy power synthesis with pulser whose freqency is from 200MHz to 1.2GHz UWB.
