心脑血管病诊治中血脂检验的临床应用分析

摘要

目的:探讨心脑血管病诊治中血脂检验的临床应用价值。方法:筛选2015年1月至2016年6月我院收治的心脑血管疾病80例作为研究对象,另选取同期体检健康人员50例作为对照组。根据患者疾病类型将其分为脑血管病组(n=35)与心血管病组(n=45),比较三组受检者血脂检验相关指标。结果:脑血管病组与心血管病组患者血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白等指标与对照组比较均存在显著差异(P<0.05),并且脑血管病组与心血管病组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:血脂检验在心脑血管病的临床诊治中具有重要作用,可谓临床治疗以及患者的预后评估提供有力依据。
objective: to study the diagnosis and treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of the blood lipid test value of clinical application. Methods: between January 2015 and June 2015, our hospital heart cerebrovascular disease 80 cases as the research object, the selection over the same period a medical health personnel 50 cases as control group. It can be divided into depending on thetype of disease in patients with cerebrovascular disease group(n = 35) with cardiovascular disease(n = 45), and compare three groups of subjects blood lipid test related indicators. Results: the patientswith cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease group blood plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein index compared with the controlgroup there were significant differences(P < 0.05), and cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease group was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion: the blood lipid test plays a greatrole in clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, clinical treatment and the prognosis of patients with provide powerful basis for assessment.
