高碱度精炼渣的冶金性能研究

摘要
通过热态模拟实验,采用气体分析、成分分析和SEM、金相检测等方法研究了5种高碱度精炼渣的脱氧、脱硫、控制夹杂物能力以及熔化特性。实验结果表明,碱度6~14范围内:精炼渣碱度越高,熔点越高;1600℃条件下各碱度精炼渣熔速基本相同;随碱度升高,脱氧能力增强,但是脱氧能力增强效果随碱度增加而变弱;碱度越高脱硫能力越强,脱硫能力增强的趋势随碱度升高而更加明显:碱度越高夹杂物尺寸越小、数量越少;夹杂物以氧化铝、镁铝尖晶石和Al_2O_3-MgO-MnO为主,形态多为球状。
Based on the hot simulating test,the deoxidation and desulfurization capabilities and inclusion control performance as well as melting characteristic of the 5 high basicity refining slags were studied with gas analysis,composition analysis,SEM and metallographic examination.With the basicity at the range of 6 to 14,the experimental results showed that,the higher the basicity of refining slag is,the higher melting point is;melting speed of each basicity refining slag is basically the same under the condition of1600℃;the higher the basicity is,the greater the deoxidation is,but the enhancement effect of the deoxidation weakened with the increasing of basicity;the higher the basicity is,the greater the desulfurization is,and the enhancement trend of the desulfurization become more obvious with the increase of basicity;the higher the basicity is,the smaller the size of inclusion and the less the number of inclusion is;main inclusions are mostly alumina,magnesia-alumina spinel and MgO-Al_2O_3-MnO,and most morphology of inclusions are spherical.
