脱附-气相色谱质谱分析卷烟烟丝的嗅香成分

摘要
卷烟烟丝的嗅香成分不仅能反映卷烟外加的香精香料,而且与烟草的内在感官品质和风格紧密相关。分析卷烟烟丝中的嗅香成分有利于对卷烟的香味风格进行剖析。烟草香味成分分析通常采用的前处理技术有直接溶剂提取、同时蒸馏萃取和顶空技术等~([1,2])。本文介绍了一种热脱附-气相色谱质谱法用于卷烟烟丝嗅香成分的分析。本方法采用500ml的烧瓶用于盛放30g的卷烟烟丝,加入氘代苯乙烯为内标,烧瓶瓶塞分别固定有进、出气管路;采用油浴对烧瓶进行加热,油浴温度为100℃;进气管用于将氮气输送至烧瓶底部,吹扫气经干燥管后进入吸附管(Tenax-TA),吹扫时间为30min;将吸附管放置在自动热脱附托盘上,进行热脱附和气相色谱质谱分析。采用所建方法测定了国内外10个品牌卷烟烟丝的嗅香成分。结果显示,采用本方法可以完成100多种成分的检测(图1),并可以通过内标完成半定量分析。本方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,不使用有机溶剂等优点,适合各类卷烟烟丝中嗅香成分的分析。
Olfactory Aroma Compounds in Cut Tobacco not only reflect the flavors added,but also closely relate to the sensory properties.A thermal desorption-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(TD-GC/MS) was developed for analysis of olfactory aroma compounds in cut tobacco.In this work,a 500 ml flask was used for containing 30 g cut tobacco,and was heated by oil-bath(100℃).With the purge gas(N2),the compounds were emitted,then were introduced into an adsorption tube(Tenax TA),and were tested by the TD-GC/MS.Ten kinds of cigarettes were tested with this method.The results showed that,more than 100 kinds of compounds were identified.With the internal standard compound(deuterated styrene),semi-quantitative analysis of these compounds were done.This method was fast,simple,featured the advantages of nondestructive extraction and high sensitivity,it was suitable for analyzing the olfactory aroma compounds in cut tobacco of all kinds of cigarettes.
