摘要

Growth experiment was conducted to study the effects of different marigold powder and astaxanthin levels on the growth, body color and antioxidant indexes of Yamabaki ogon. Nine diets were formulated, containing three marigold powder levels(0.38%、0.76%、1.52%), each with three astaxanthin levels(0.04%、0.08%、0.16%). Fish were fed the experimental diets in the culture system for 8 weeks.The results showed that:(1) The addition of 0.38% marigold powder CF for each groups were no significant difference(P>0.05), different groups had no significant influence on the CF and HIS of Yamabaki ogon(P>0.05), but CF significantly influenced by different astaxanthin levels(P<0.05).(3) The Diet 9 group(1.52% marigold powder and 0.16% astaxanthin) could reach the highest carotenoid content in skin, and the Diet 2 group(0.38% marigold powder and0.08% astaxanthin) could reach the highest carotenoid content in fins; the carotenoid content in skin significantly influenced by different marigold powder levels(P<0.05).(4) The Diet 2 group could reach the highest SOD activity, CAT activity and the lowest MDA content; The Diet 9 group could reach the highest GST activity and GSH content; GSH content in serum, kidney and GST activity in serum significantly influenced by different marigold powder levels(P<0.05). In conclusion, in this experiment, the optimal dietary of growth painting substance combination was Diet 2(0.38% marigold powder and 0.08% astaxanthin); The optimal dietary of coloring and antioxidant index combination was Diet 2(0.38% marigold powder and0.08% astaxanthin) and Diet 9(1.52% marigold powder and 0.16% astaxanthin).
