光照强度与硅藻营养盐吸收之间的关系

摘要
我们从用分别从高光和低光生态系统分离的3株淡水浮游硅藻进行不同光强度下的营养盐吸收实验。结果显示,硅藻对磷和硅的吸收会受到光照强度的影响。硅藻对磷的高亲和力与硅藻的高光合活性、高生长速率出现在相同的光照强度范围内。高光适应种在高光照强度下具有较高的磷亲和力、生长和光合活性。低光适应种在低光照强度下具有较高的磷亲和力、光合和生长活性。硅藻对硅的吸收受到硅藻体积的影响,羽纹纲硅藻的硅吸收半饱和浓度Km(Si)值显著高于中心纲硅藻。我们认为在对硅藻水华发生进程的预测和评估时,应充分考虑当地水域生态系统的光照条件、硅藻种类自身特征以及营养盐条件,甄选出适宜当地水域生态环境的硅藻水华防治方法。
We confirmed the light adaptation of diatoms by conducting growth experiment using eight stains of diatoms isolated from high and low-light ecosystems. The results of nutrient uptake kinetics experiment showed that P and Si-uptake of diatoms can be influenced by light intensity.The HLA diatoms showed high P affinity, growth rate and photosynthetic activity at HL conditions while the LLA diatoms showed high P affinity, photosynthetic activity and growth rate at LL conditions. Si-uptake of eight diatoms can be affected by cell volume and the half saturation constant of Si(Km(Si)) in pennate diatoms were much higher than that in centric diatoms. Our results imply that when we assess the development of diatom blooms and choose the suitable diatom control measures for local aquatic ecosystems, we should consider light intensity and diatom characteristics in addition to environmental nutrient concentration.
