溶剂蒸发法在农药微胶囊制备中的应用

摘要
溶剂蒸发法制备微胶囊主要包括以下4个步骤:1)根据芯材选择壁材;2)形成稳定液滴;3)挥发脱除溶剂;4)洗涤干燥得微胶囊,该方法被广泛应用于化妆品、防腐剂、生物医药和材料等领域,溶剂蒸发法具有操作简单,体系稳定,温度改变小,溶剂可回收和残留低等优点。近年来,随着天然和人工合成的可生物降解壁材的开发成功,使得溶剂蒸发法在化学农药、生物源农药、昆虫病毒以及昆虫信息素等的微胶囊化中的应用越来越多,在一定程度上拓展了农药微胶囊的品种和范围,展示了良好的应用前景。
The solvent evaporation method for microcapsules preparation mainly includes the following four steps: 1) choosing wall material based on core material; 2)forming stable droplets; 3) removing volatile solvent; 4) obtaining microcapsules by washing and drying. This method has been widely applied to lots of industries such as cosmetics, preservatives, biomedicine and material etc. Solvent evaporation method has many advantages such as simple operation, stable system, minimal change for temperature, use of recyclable and low residue solvent etc. In recent years, with successful development in biodegradable wall materials form natural and synthetic products, the solvent evaporation method has a wider range of application of microencapsulation for chemical pesticides, biogenic pesticides, insect virus and insect pheromone, which will expand the variety and scope of pesticide microcapsules, and shows a good application prospect.
