摘要
本文通过对影响蜂窝夹套强度因素的分析,将蜂窝夹套应用于片冰蒸发器上,其换热性能比传统的夹套有明显的优越性。同时,由于蜂窝夹套对设备内简体有加强作用,提高了其压力水平,故使筒体壁厚减薄20%左右,稳定性增强,制造成本降低,值得推广应用。
A dimple jacket has been employed on the flake ice evaporator based on the analysis on the strength of the dimple jacket,it indicated that heat transfer performance has obviously improved,in addition,the dimple jacket can improve the stability by strengthening the internal cylinders,and thin the thickness by 20% with improving the pressure,so this method would spread widely because of it's thinner inner cylinder wall and less cost.
