铬革屑中胶原蛋白降解物的提取与纯化

摘要
碱法从含铬革屑提取的胶原蛋白降解物中铬含量较高,限制了其循环利用价值。因此,有必要对废铬屑提取的胶原蛋白做进一步纯化。对胶原蛋白降解物进行脱钙、透析等处理,通过分析蛋白粉灰分以及铬、钙含量,考察两种方法对胶原蛋白的纯化效果。结果表明,脱钙处理对降低蛋白粉中的铬含量作用较弱,透析使铬含量降低了76.7%,说明铬及其化合物主要存在于低分子量胶原蛋白降解物。
Due to the content of chromium is high,the collagen degradation products which extracted from waste chrome shavings by alkaline method was limit to recycling value.It is necessary to further purify them.Through the experiments of decalcification and dialysis treatment of collagen degradation products,the content of ash was measured,in which the content of Cr and Ca were analyzed specially.The results show that the chemically flocculation is difficult to reduce effectively the content of Cr in collagen degradation products.However,the dialysis of molecular weight 3500 Da to them can reduce Cr by 76.7%.Cr or it compound mainly consisted in the low molecular degradation products of collagen.
