达氏鲟血液指标及血细胞发生

本实验测定了达氏鲟血液指标,结果表明,红细胞(RBC)密度为0.60±0.02×1012个/L,血糖(GLU)为9.32±1.00mmol/L,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)为13.75±6.65U/L,谷草转氨酶(AST)为359.50±40.07U/L,总蛋白(TP)为27.30±0.93g/L,肌酐(CRE)为14.75±2.06μmol/L,钙(Ca)为6.51±0.03mmol/L,磷(P)为2.11±0.03mmol/L。通过Wright’s染色法观察达氏鲟头肾、中肾、脾、肝的组织印片和外周血涂片,了解组织器官中血细胞发生过程。结果表明,达氏鲟血细胞可分为红细胞系、粒细胞系、单核细胞系、淋巴细胞系和其他细胞,这些细胞系的发育经过原始、幼稚、成熟三个阶段。通过测量各阶段细胞大小发现,原始细胞体积较大,幼稚细胞次之,成熟细胞较小。头肾中存在各种原始细胞和幼稚细胞,是达氏鲟血细胞发生的主要场所,中肾中除了没有原始粒细胞,其他细胞均存在,是另一个血细胞发生的场所,肝和脾未见原始细胞和幼稚细胞,外周血中可见少量的幼稚红细胞。
The hematological indices of Dabry's sturgeon(Acipenser dabryanus) were investigated in this paper. Afterwards, the smears of peripheral blood and the imprints of four tissues were studied in the trail with Wright's staining method for identifying cell morphology,such as head kidney, trunk kidney, spleen and liver. The results indicated that Dabry's sturgeon's blood cells could be identified into five parts, included erythroid, granuloid, monocytoid,lymphoid and other cells. In addition, the development of each cell lineages undergone three stages: primitive, young and mature. During the three stages, their size presented the similar gradual decreased trend from primitive, young to mature blood cells. All the types of the primitive cells and young cells were observed in the head kidney. At the same time, except the granuloblast other types of cell also were identified in the kidney. On the contrary, any primitive cells and young cells were not observed in the spleen and liver, and few orthochromatic erythroblasts were found in peripheral blood. So it could be conclude that the head kidney and trunk kidney were the primary tissues of haematopoiesis for Dabry's sturgeon.
