摘要
为了解烟草中主要的长链脂肪酸在卷烟燃烧过程中的行为变化,采用在线裂解-剑桥滤片过滤-气相/质谱(Py-Cambridge Pad Filter-GC/MS)分析方法,考察了棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和硬脂酸的裂解行为,分析比较了各长链脂肪酸在裂解过程中所形成的气相成分的差异。结果表明:长链脂肪酸在裂解过程中会形成大量的挥发性化合物,主要有烃类、醛类、醇类、酮类、酸类、酯类、吡喃和呋喃类化合物。饱和脂肪酸裂解形成的主要气相产物是烃类(烯烃和炔烃,约占40%),其次分别为醛类,约为28-30%;不饱和脂肪酸裂解形成的主要气相产物是醛类物质,约为29-42%。饱和脂肪酸裂解形成的饱和醛含量较高,而不饱和脂肪酸裂解所形成的烯醛类物质含量较高。由于饱和度不同,油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸裂解所形成的烯醛或二烯醛产物及含量也各不相同。
In order to investigate the behaviour of long-chained fatty acids in the process of the cigarette combustion,the pyrolytic behaviours of palmitic acid,oleic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid were determined by the method of Py-Cambridge Pad Filter-GC/MS.The difference among those higher fatty acids in the gas phase compounds was analyzed and compared.It was shown that quantities of gas phase compounds were formed during the pyrolysis of long-chained fatty aicds,including alkenes and alkynes,aldehydes,alcohols,ketones,aicds,esters,furans and pyrans.The gas phase comounds pyrolyzed by sautrated higher fatty acids were mainly alkenes and alkynes,about 40 percent,followed by aldehydes(about 28-30%),whereas,the main gas phase compounds were aldehydes(about 29-42%) by unsaturated higher fatty acids.Saturated higher fatty acids formed more saturated aldehydes,whereas the unsaturated one produced more olefin aldehyde and dienals.Due to the different saturation,oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid produce different kinds and contents of olefin aldehydes and dienals in the process of pyrolysis under the condition simulated the cigarette smoking.
