硬质合金上直流反应磁控溅射沉积纳米W基氮化物涂层初探

摘要
采用直流反应磁控溅射(DCMS)技术在YG10X细晶硬质合金表面沉积纳米W基氮化物涂层,借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、纳米压痕仪、摩擦磨损试验机、电化学工作站等检测手段分别对涂层和基体的形貌、组织与性能进行了表征分析。结果表明,纳米W基氮化物涂层表面呈"菜花状",亲水性较好,主要物相为W2N,晶粒平均尺寸15-20nm,表现为较强的(200)晶面择优取向,厚度约3.6μm,组织为纤细短柱状晶和无特征形态的结合;氩离子对基体表面产生了显著的刻蚀作用,涂层与基体结合良好,Lc载荷为96N时,薄膜才开始出现裂纹,涂层硬度为3368HV_(0.025),抗塑性变形能力较好;纳米W基氮化物涂层的摩擦系数为0.38,磨损率为2.04×10~(-16)m~3/N·m。耐蚀性测试结果表明,YG10X基体沉积纳米W基氮化物涂层后,腐蚀电位提高0.219V,腐蚀电流密度降低超过了一个数量级。
