基于纳米纤维为基板金属有机骨架材料的合成、性能及应用研究

摘要
基于静电纺丝制备纳米纤维为基板,制备核壳结构PAN@ZIF-8纳米纤维垫。ZIF-8纳米晶体具有高的比表面积、均一的孔径,有很高的二氧化碳和氢气吸附能力。我们以纳米纤维为基板通过金属离子或簇以强的配位键制备核壳结构PAN@ZIF-8纳米纤维垫。通过SEM和XRD及红外结果初步证明了ZIF-8成功的在纤维的表面生长。利用XPS、TEM等表征进一步证明核壳结构及壳层的组成成分为ZIF-8纳米晶体。通过CO2和H2吸附测试表明我们所制备的PAN@ZIF-8纳米纤维垫在气体吸附领域有着潜在的应用。
The preparation of core-shell structure PAN@ZIF-8 nano-fibers mats was realized using nano-fibers as thesubstrate which was prepared by electrostatic spinning. ZIF-8 nanocrystals with high specific surface area, uniform pore size, has high CO_2 and H_2 adsorption capacity. We prepared PAN@ZIF-8 nano-fibers mats by metal ions or clusters with strong coordination. The SEM, XRD, FT-IR, XPS and TEM results proved that ZIF-8 was successfully grown on the surface of the nano-fibers. The CO_2 and H_2 adsorption test showed that the PAN@ZIF-8 nano-fibers mats we prepared had potential applications in the field of gas adsorption.
