摘要

本文通过分析新建筑在设计与施工全过程中绿色环保评价的核心要素,结合香港地区推广绿色建筑的丰富实践经验,参考国内外主流绿色建筑评价工具的设计,充分考虑定性和定量指标综合作用,研究了评价指标的内容与权重,提出创新性和可操作性强的绿色建筑评价体系,供业内人士及研究人员参考,希望能为绿色建筑在中国的持续快速发展做出贡献。
This paper introduced the research for the content and weights of the evaluation index for the green environment in the whole procedure of design and build in construction project.The author analyzed the core factors of the evaluation with the experience of the green building promotion activities in Hong Kong.The author also consulted the design of the international popular green building evaluation tools,and considered the effect of the qualitative index and quantitative index respectively.Finally an innovative and practicable green building evaluation system is demonstrated,which will be a reference for insiders and researchers,and which will be of help to the green building to develop continuously and rapidly in China.
