基于AHP法的大菊杂种F_1代新品种筛选

摘要
中国传统大菊是菊花品种中一类变异极为丰富且具有很高观赏价值的类群,其大多数品种来源于有性杂交。为了更好地从杂交后代中筛选出观赏价值高、品质优良的大菊新品种,建立菊花优良新品种综合评价体系尤为关键。本研究以大菊自然杂交F_1代180个单株为材料,通过层次分析法,从花部性状、整株性状和生态适应性3个方面出发,建立了大菊优良新品种综合评价体系的分层结构模型,并通过判断矩阵验证分层结构模型的合理性,确定各个评判指标权重,其中花色、瓣型、繁殖难易程度、重瓣性、花期、病虫害抗性、花径等7个指标的权重和达到了总权重的88.41%,所占比重较大。然后通过具体评价指标的评分标准,依据各因素权重计算出每个杂交后代的综合评价得分,将杂交后代划分为优良品种、较优品种、一般品种、较差品种4个等级,从中筛选出了6个综合性状优良的品种,具有花大色艳、花型奇特、株形优美、花期较早等优良特征。这一研究为大菊优良新品种的筛选提供了指导,也为中国传统大菊的进一步开发利用奠定了基础。
The group of Chinese traditional chrysanthemum cultivars is a class of varieties with rich variation and high ornamental valuein Chrysanthemum x morifolium Ramat In order to screen the new variety with good quality and high value from the hybrids oftraditional chrysanthemum cultivars,it is the key to establish comprehensive evaluation system of excellent new chrysanthemum varieties.In this study,180 large chrysanthemum natural hybrid F1 are the materials,and through the analytic hierarchy process,the study established the hierarchical structure model of comprehensive evaluation system in large chrysanthemum fromthe character of flower,whole plant properties and the ecological adaptability.The rationality of the hierarchical structure model are verified through the judgment matrix,and each evaluation index weight is determined.The color,disc type,degree of difficulty to breed,multi-disc,floweringtime,disease and insect resistance,flower diameter 7 indexes,whose weight is up to 88.41%of the total weight.And then through the concrete evaluation index scoring standard,and the factor weights to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of each hybrids,they could be divided into good varieties of hybrids,better varieties,general varieties,poor grade varieties,6 varieties were screened,which have bright flower color,long diameter,strange and beautiful disctype,fine features,earlier flowering phases.The comprehensive evaluation system provides guidance for new variety,it alsolaid a foundation for the further development and utilization oftraditional chrysanthemum cultivars.
