钢板中SH型超声导波诱导磁场分布规律研究

摘要
由于被测介质直接参与换能而不需要额外的耦合剂,电磁超声技术日益被重视。电磁超声换能效率低,接收信号微弱,因此对电磁超声换能器进行优化设计进而提高检测信号信噪比是电磁超声技术领域的一个重要研究方向。对与接收机理,目前的研究主要集中于逆洛仑兹力机制。对于铁磁性材料,在低频时,压磁效应占据主导地位。本文针对钢板导波检测,建立了基于压磁效应的SH型超声导波诱导磁场理论,利用ANSYS软件进行了仿真。仿真结果与理论预测符合的非常好,充分证明了本文理论的正确性。
Electromagnetic technology is being paid more and more attention due to the inspected medium involved in energy transduction directly and there is no requirement for extra couplant. Electromagnetic technology has low transduction efficiency and gets weak signals. Therefore, it is a significant research direction to optimize transducer and improve signal-noise ratio in Electromagnetic technology research field. For receiving mechanism the research mainly centers on inverse Lorenz force. Piezomagnetic effect occupies the leading position in low frequency band on ferromagnetic material. For guided wave inspecting in steel plate, the paper establish the theory of Shear horizontal guided waves inducing magnetic field based on Piezomagnetic effect. Emulate is performed using ANSYS software. Emulate results are in accordance with the predicting results, which proves the validity for the theory proposed in the paper.
