摘要
近年来,抗生素的不当使用造成了微生物耐药性和动物源食品中的抗生素残留等问题。高效、环保、无毒副作用的饲料添加剂在畜禽养殖业中具有广阔的应用前景,正在逐步替代抗生素。本文简要介绍了鸡养殖上几种饲用抗生素替代品的研究进展及应用现状,为新型饲料添加剂在鸡养殖业上的抗生素替代研究提供理论基础。
In recent years,the widely use of antibiotics has caused some problems such as microbial resistance and antibiotic residues in animal food products.Efficient,environmental and non-toxic feed additives have a broad application prospect in breeding industry,which have gradually used to replace antibiotics.This article briefly introduced kinds of feed additives which are used to replace antibiotics,and its application in chicken breeding industry,laying a theoretical foundation for finding new feed additives to alternate antibiotics.
