基于弹簧-质量模型的碰撞概念建模及分析方法

摘要
本文讨论了基于单自由度弹簧-质量模型的碰撞概念设计方法,以实现在被动安全性能开发前期对前端结构抗撞性的快速评佶。将整车正面碰撞变形历程中的压溃及回弹变形分别等效为弹簧-质量系统的加载及卸载阶段,并对上述两个阶段的弹簧刚度计算方法进行了推导。基于有限元分析得到的关键性能参数,能够快速获得弹簧系统的变形特性、瞬态响应曲线及运动历程,以此掌握等效车体结构的动力学响应及运动状态,有效地提升分析效率并节约成本。与整车有限元碰撞分析及实车试验的结果对比验证了模型的分析精度,可为校验性能目标定义的合理性提共辅助手段。
An effective crash concept design method based on single degree of freedom spring-mass model is proposed in this paper:the crush and rebound deformations during frontal crash scenario are approximated as loading and unloading processes of springmass system,respectively,and the stiffness calculation method of each process is investigated.According to the key crashworthiness parameters analyzed by finite element method,the deformation characteristics,transient responses curves and dynamic crush process are obtained rapidly,the dynamic responses and kinematic behavior are also controlled.This concept method can obviously improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.The comparison between numerical analysis,finite element analysis and full car test shows the accuracy of spring system.The results demonstrate that the method can be applied in rapid assessment of frontal crashworthiness,and supply a new technology for rationality testing of performance definition.
