摘要
本文建立瞬态计算模型,模型考虑增压器和发动机的转动惯量以及烟度限制。稳态工况下,分析了增压器调节器膜片所受弹簧弹力、高压腔的推力以及推杆的拉力三个力之间的平衡关系,并确定其对发动进气的影响。瞬态工况下,分析了增压器、烟度限制以及进气管路对瞬态响应的影响,发现烟度限制影响最大。
A transient model which the inertia of turbocharger and engine and in- situ smoke limit is taken into account is established.Under steady state conditions,the balance between the spring force of the turbocharger regulator' s diaphragm,the thrust force of high pressure chamber and the pull force of the plunger is analyzed,and to be determined its effect on the engine intake air.Under transient conditions,effect of the turbocharger,in- situ smoke limit,and intake pipe length on the transient response is taken,and in- situ smoke limit is the greatest impact.
