电熔镁粉尘在90°弯管内的磨损与运动特性分析

摘要
针对电熔镁粉尘在气力输送过程中特别是90°弯管部位易被冲刷的问题,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)对90°弯管内电熔镁粉尘气力输送过程进行模拟仿真。可以清晰地看到电熔镁粉尘在90°弯管中的运动状态、碰撞特性及相关的力学特性,这是在实验中无法做到的。结果表明:电熔镁粉尘在90°管道中的运动轨迹、磨损位置和磨损强度随着外界条件的变化而改变。并在输送过程中遵循基本一致的变化规律。同时,粉尘颗粒在离心力和重力的作用下与管壁的碰撞是造成管道磨损的主要原因。
For the fused magnesium dust in the 90°elbow erosion during the pneumatic conveying,the process of the pneumatic conveying in the 90°curved fused magnesium dust is simulated using CFD approach. The particle's movement、collision characteristics and the mechanical properties of the related can be clearly observed in the 90°curved fused magnesium dust which can't do in the experiment.The results show that, the fused magnesium dust in the 90°elbow movement trajectory、abrasive position and attrition strength change along with the various external conditions following the changing rule of basic consistent during the pneumatic conveying.Simultaneously, the main reason of pipe wear is dust particle and tube wall of the collision under the action of centrifugal force and gravity.
