摘要
当前全球分享经济快速增长,基于"互联网+"的大众创业、万众创新创业蓬勃兴起,"互联网+"在交通运输科技创新领域新的组织形式、新业态不断涌现,这种"倒逼"颠覆传统行业态势让我们重新审视交通运输行业科技创新的模式问题。本文指出"互联网+"改变交通运输行业科技创新模式中"大众创业、万众创新"是核心,要充分利用互联网面向公众覆盖面广的特点,改变交通运输行业科技创新模式中的创新主体、创新过程,通过改变创新闭循环链条,创造无差别化多元的、开放的、个性化的科技环境。并给出了政府职能转变以利于创新服务的建议,并从企业角度抓住科技创新的市场定位,充分利用国家创新体制等展望交通企业如何在互联网颠覆传统行业过程中占据主动地位。
Current global share economy develops rapid,and based on flourishing development of public entrepreneurship and innovation under "Internet Plus",new organization formation and business type of "Internet plus" in the field of transportation technology innovation continuously appears.Such trend of "anti-driving" subverting traditional industry leads us to re-examine the mode problems of transportation industry innovation.This article elaborates the major aspects of current transportation technology innovation mode from the innovation subject,process,source and other aspects,submits the main problems and disadvantages from the aspects of innovation mode,environment,result promotion,etc.,figures out that the key point to achieve innovation is to create a non-differentiated,open and personalized technology environment,introduces how to transfer the government function to make it in favor of innovation service,captures the market position of technology innovation from the angle of enterprises,and take full advantage of national innovation system and others to outlook that how transport enterprises to play an active role in the progress of internet traditional industry supervision.
