介绍了鞍钢股份炼钢总厂方圆坯连铸机现有工艺装备水平和原料条件,研究了鞍钢股份炼钢总厂方圆坯铸机对于生产Φ150mm圆坯技术需求,说明了Φ150mm圆坯在下道工序处理及成材应用范畴,并改善了利用方圆坯铸机生产Φ150mm圆坯转炉冶炼、LF精炼与连铸的生产工艺控制,技术参数控制,工艺路线控制及质量检验检查,通过调整,改善了出现的产品质量问题。
The article introduced the material conditions and process equipment level of round billet at General Steelmaking Plant of Ansteel.It is studied that the round billet technological requirements,the product application field and the treatment process in next procedure of round billet 0150 mm.The product process operating practice of steel grade 20 round billet was controlled and improved in the steelmaking process of LD converter,LF refining station and continuous casting.The quality problems of steel grade 20 were solved by adjusting the products process controlling,technological parameters,process routine and the proper product quality was achieved in quality check and test.
