疏花蔷薇与现代月季杂交育种研究

摘要
用疏花蔷薇与现代月季品种杂交,培育具有较高抗性的月季新品种群,进行79个杂交组合,授粉1819朵花,获得果实289个,平均结实率16%。获得种子1370,出苗51棵,出苗率4%。结实率在50%以上的有6种,为‘Black Cherry'、‘George Vancouver、‘Grouse'、‘Purple Heart'、‘雪山娇霞'、474。结实率介于50%到30%的有11种。结实率介于0到30%的有8种。对疏花蔷薇、部分月季品种和杂交种等16份供试材料进行SSR分子标记聚类分析,遗传相似性系数为0.2或0.4时,可分别将应试材料分为2组和4组,且疏花蔷薇均与部分现代月季品种聚为一类。通过对结实率、谱系和聚类结果的分析,试验结果疏花蔷薇与大部分现代月季品种亲和性良好。
This research adopts method of interspecific cross between Rosa laxa and modem Chinese roses to foster the new populations with high resistance.With 79 cross combinations,289 mature hybrid fruits,1370 seeds and 51 hybrid seedlings were obtained by pollinating 1819 flowers,the average fruiting rate is 16%and germination rate is 4%.The mature parents with fruiting rate above 50%have 6 cultivars,' Black Cherry' 、 ' George Vancouver' 、 ' Grouse ' 、 ' Purple Heart' 、 ' Xue Shan Jiao Xia' 、 474.The mature parents with fruiting rate between 30% to 50% and 0 to 30% include 11 and 8 cultivars respectively.The genetic diversity of 16 Rosa accessions including Rosa laxa、 modern rose cultivars and their coeno- species were analyzed with SSR makers,shoufen The 16 Rosa accessions could be divided into two or four groups based on the UPGMA cluster at the similar coefficient 0.2 or 0.4,while Rosa laxa and some modern rose cultivars clustered into one group.By analyzing the fruiting rates,pedigree and clustering results,the results were concluded that Rosa laxa has good affinity to rose cultivars.
