梳状换能器在非线性兰姆波中的应用

摘要
梳状换能器目前已经被用于线性兰姆波检测当中,在非线性兰姆波研究中却很少出现,因此本文提出将PVDF梳状换能器用于非线性兰姆波的激发与接收当中。本文用输出矢量和方法分析获得了梳状换能器的基本特性,利用设计制作的PVDF梳状换能器在铝板中激发出特定模式兰姆波,并检测到非线性信号。通过改变接收增益观察相对非线性系数变化情况,实验验证了非线性信号的来源。理论与实验结果表明,梳状换能器的周期节长可以被用于控制其所激发的兰姆波模式,同时梳状换能器能够实现对基波与二次谐波信号的同时响应,该特性决定其可以被用于非线性兰姆波的激发与接收实验研究。
Comb transducers have already been used in linear Lamb wave inspection studies, but rarely in nonlinear Lamb waves. So the development of PVDF comb transducers for the nonlinear Lamb wave generation and reception in plates is described. The basic characteristics are obtained by the method of output vector addition that comb transducers could be designed to generate modes with specific wavelength by controlling the electrode finger spacing, and could respond to integral multiple of fundamental frequency. Then a selected Lamb mode is generated, and received with its nonlinear signal excited during the Lamb wave propagation in a plate, by PVDF comb transducers designed and made in this research. And the source of the double frequency signal is explained by observing the variation of relative nonlinear parameter when the receiving gain is changed. It is shown that PVDF comb transducers can be used in nonlinear Lamb wave inspection studies, for who can respond to fundamental and second harmonic signals simultaneously.
