HMX/TATB共晶掺杂混合炸药组分含量分析的液相色谱技术

摘要
建立了一种准确测定混合炸药中三氨基三硝基苯(TATB)与奥克托今(HMX)含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用二甲基亚砜溶解样品,以乙腈-水为流动相,在C18色谱柱上6.5 min内即可将2种组分分离。研究了样品提取时间、色谱分离条件对测试结果的影响。结果表明:乙腈/水=45/55,检测波长230nm(HMX),345nm(TATB),HMX和TATB分离良好。TATB在0.032~0.056mg﹒mL~(-1),HMX在0.010~0.016mg﹒mL~(-1)的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.99999,1.00000,重复性测试结果的相对标准偏差皆分别为0.48%,1.16%。该方法快速准确,非常适合HMX/TATB共晶掺杂类混合炸药的质量控制。
A rapid and accurate high performance liquid chromatographic method with dual wavelength detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of TATB and HMX in explosive mixtures. The two components could be seperated within 6.5 minutes by using C18 column with mobile phase of acetonitrile and water after dissoved in DMSO. The influences of dissolve time and chromatographic conditions were studied. HMX and TATB were comfirmed to get base line seperation with acetonitrile/water=45/55(V/V) at 230 nm and 354 nm. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of TATB and HMX was good in the ranges of 0.032~0.056mg﹒mL~(-1)(r=0.99999) and 0.010~0.016mg﹒mL~(-1)(r = 1.00000). The relative standard deviation of reproducibility(n=8) was 0.48%, 1.16% respectively. The method is rapid, accurate, and can be used for quality control of HMX/TATB explosive mixtures.
