摘要
智慧城市作为未来城市发展的新形态,旨在为公众提供一个和谐宜居的城市环境,公众满意度已成为衡量智慧城市建设的重要标准。本文基于系统动力学的基本思想,描述了智慧城市建设公众满意度转化过程,建立了智慧城市建设公众满意度模型,探索不同影响因素对智慧城市建设公众满意度的影响,同时在Anylogic仿真软件上实现该模型。实验结果表明:在推进智慧城市建设进程中,丰富建设内容,提升建设效能,以及加强基础设施建设,激励公众参与水平均会在不同程度上提高智慧城市建设公众满意度。
As a new form of urban development in the future,smart city provides a harmonious and livable city environment for the public.Public satisfaction has become an important standard to measure the smart cities' construction.In this paper,based on the basic idea of system dynamics,the transformation process of public satisfaction is descriked in the smart cities' construction.The smart cities' construction of public satisfaction index model has been established to describe the causality,explore the impact of different factors on the public satisfaction of the smart cities' construction.The model is realized on the anylogic simulation software.Experimental results show that:in promoting the smart cities' construction process,enriching the content of smart cities' construction,and enhancing the efficiency of construction,and strengthening the construction of infrastructure,encouraging the public to participate in the smart cities' construction will improve the public satisfaction of the wisdom of urban construction in different degree.
