摘要
为减少城市污染,应对资源紧缺,从而开发一款CNG双燃料发动机。CNG双燃料发动机可在汽油机上改装燃料供给系统,对原有机型变动较小。但CNG的混合气形成过程及燃烧产物与汽油不同,对气门组件磨损较大,因此需要重新开发气门组件。本文依据台架试验对气门和气门座圈匹配方案进行验证,并选择最佳方案,最终满足开发要求。
In order to decrease the urban pollution,replying to the lack of resources,thus developing a CNG dual-fuel engine.The dual-fuel engine assembles the fuel system changed on a gasoline engine,there is small change to the original type.But the air mixture forming process and combustion products of CNG are different from gasoline,wearing hard to the valve trains,so it is need to develop valve trains again.To verify the matching scheme of valves and valve seats based on chamber test in this article,choosing a optimum scheme and satisfying the request in the end.
