Co_3O_4微米带的静电纺丝制备及类过氧化物酶活性研究

摘要
过氧化物酶是一种广泛存在于生物体内的酶,它可以催化生物体内的一些过氧化物发生反应。由于天然酶存在着使用条件较为苛刻、极易失活、保存困难等缺点,高活性和稳定性的纳米材料模拟酶是当前人们研究的主要热点之一。已报道的纳米材料模拟酶大多存在着难回收的问题,而磁性纳米材料可以简单地采用磁铁将其进行回收。我们采用硝酸钴和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为原料、乙醇和水作为溶剂配制可纺性溶胶,采用静电纺丝结合煅烧的方法制备了Co_3O_4微米带。最后我们选择H_2O_2和3,3',5,5'-四甲基对二联苯胺为底物对其进行了类过氧化物酶活性的研究。结果表明,Co_3O_4微米带表现出较高的催化活性和稳定性。
Peroxidase is a kind of redox enzymes widely existing in an organism.It mainly catalyzes the decomposition of peroxides and the oxidation of some substrates.For natural peroxidase is generally affected by environmental conditions,easy to lose activation and difficult to store,searching of peroxidase mimetics with high activity and stability is of a great challenge in enzymatic reactions.~1 The reported peroxidase-like mimetics are difficult to recycle,while magnetic nanomaterial can be easily recycled by a magnet.Herein,polyvinylpyrrolidone and cobalt nitrate were selected as raw materials with ethanol and distilled water as solvent to prepare spinnable sol.And then one dimensional belt-like Co_3O_4 was obtained by electrospinning technique combined with calcination.In addition,its peroxidase-like activity was studied with H_2O_2 and 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine as substrates,exhibiting high catalytic activity and stability.
