海温与地形对南极磷虾的空间分布的影响分析

摘要
南极磷虾的渔业资源在时空分布上具有一定的规律性,本研究结合磷虾捕捞数据、采样点的海表温度的数据、海底数据以及空间数据进行空间分析.研究区域主要在布尔斯费尔德海峡及其附近地区.根据2012-2014期间远洋考察舰科考员的实测数据,分别将温度因子和地形因子对CPUE(单位捕捞努力量)进行单因子分析,再将温度因子(SST)和地形因子的综合影响进行函数拟合验证。拟合结果表明,高密度的磷虾群集中在距离海底50-450m之间,温度在-1.2-1℃之间。本研究从多维空间分析手段了解该研究区域磷虾群的空间分布规律。研究结果可以为今后科考调查和商业捕捞提供基础参考数据,同时也为磷虾可持续发展提供科学参考。
In terms of temporal and spatial distribution of Antarctic krill,fisheries resources are distributed with some regularity. This study combines the krill fishing data, sea surface temperature data, seabed sampling point's data and spatial data to analysis their spatial correlation.The research areas were located mainly in the Bursfelde Strait and its adjacent areas.Using the measured data from Ocean survey ship during the 2012-2014 expedition, the temperature factor and topographic factors on CPUE were respectively(catch per unit fishing effort)processed by single factor analysis method. Using the Matlab to analyst the function fitting of the combined effects of temperature(SST) and topographical factors to test and verifythe results of the research.Fitting results indicate that high density clusters of krill located mostly in the seafloor between the50-450 m, and temperatures between-1.2-1 ℃。 This study takes the multi-dimensional analytical tools to understand the spatial distribution of regional krill group. The results canprovide the basic data for commercial fishing and future research investigations and provide scientific reference for the sustainable development of krill.
