摘要
针对重钢高强船钢CAS工艺存在的问题,本课题在顶渣改质、软吹氩气等方面进行了优化,使得钢水的洁净度有较大的改善,在此基础上进行了取消钙处理工艺的试验,试验结果表明钢水质量不影响钢坯的轧制。
The paper analyzed the problems of CAS processing in CISC high strength ship steel production line.Throguh changing the quality of top slag and optimizing the argon gas injection,the purity of molten steel had enhanced,therefore Ca treatment had been canceled,the testing results indicated that the quality of molten steel would not influence steel rolling.
