锁定钢板加植骨治疗髓内钉术后骨折不愈合

摘要

目的:探讨保留原有髓内钉应用锁定钢板加植骨治疗带锁髓内钉术后骨折不愈合的方法和疗效。方法:自2007年7月~2012年3月,我院治疗带锁髓内钉术后骨不愈合患者11例,其中股骨8例,胫骨3例,距初次手术时间9~12月。所有病例均行保留原髓内钉采用锁定钢板加自体髂骨植骨的方法。术中均证实骨折端存在旋转不稳定。结果:11例患者均获随访,随访时间8~15个月。所有病例骨折全部愈合,愈合时间6~8个月。无感染,无内固定松动、断裂,肢体畸形等并发症。结论:保留原髓内钉应用锁定钢板加自体髂骨植骨是治疗髓内钉术后骨折不愈合的有效方法。该方法具有简便实用,损伤小,疗效确实等优点,易于推广。
