中高铬超纯铁素体不锈钢夹杂物行为研究

摘要
本文论述了超纯铁素体不锈钢夹杂物形成的热力学,通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了B439不锈钢中夹杂物从冶炼到浇铸过程的演变规律,并对B443、B445R不锈钢铸坯中夹杂物进行非水电解,观测了夹杂物的三维形貌。在此基础上,开发了中高铬超纯不锈钢冶炼纯净度控制技术以及钙处理技术,在生产中高铬系超纯铁素体不锈钢中实现了2炉以上连续浇铸,确保了产品质量的稳定,实现了中高铬超纯铁素体不锈钢的规模化生产。
This paper reviews the thermodynamics of inclusion formation in the ultra purity ferritic stainless steel.The inclusion evolution in B439 ferritic stainless steel produced by the route of EAF-AOD-VOD-CC were investigated by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope.The inclusions of B443 、 B445 R stainless steel were full viewed by electrolysis of non-aqueous solution.On the basis of the above.fundamental research,the purity control technology for ultra clean ferritic stainless steel to reduce the inclusions amount and calcium treatment technology were developed in Baosteel stainless steel Co.,Ltd.Above two or two heats of the hard refining stainless steel can be cast continuously and the quality of the products are very stable without defects.So the medium-high chromium content ultra clean ferritic stainless steel production on large scale has been realized in Baosteel.
