聚合物防水加脂剂FS应用性能研究

以丙烯酸系单体为原料,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过自由基共聚合制得聚丙烯酸酯共聚物,经后处理得到聚合物防水加脂剂FS。将FS应用于牛皮蓝湿革的加脂,测定了坯革的动态防水次数、24 h静态吸水率及其物理机械强度,考察了加脂后使用铬盐固定对坯革防水性能的影响,并与目前商品防水加脂剂进行了对比。结果表明,当聚合物分子中疏水基团的质量分数为70%,其用量达到蓝皮重量的10%时,坯革的动态防水次数超过15000次,24 h静态吸水率降低至40%以下。使用铬盐固定可以提高坯革的动态防水性。
A series of polymer waterproof agents(FS) were prepared by the copolymerization of acrylic monomers,in which azobisisobutyronitrile was used as initiator.FS was applied in the fat-liquoring of cow wet-blue leather,and the dynamic number of waterproof,static water absorption rate in 24 h and its physical and mechanical properties of crust leather were studied.The effect of chrome tanning agent being used after fat-liquoring on the waterproof properties of crust leather was also researched.Furthermore,the waterproof properties of FS were compared with commercially available waterproof fat-liquoring agents.Resultantly,the dynamic number of waterproof on crust leather fat-liquored with 10%FS,in which the mass ratio of hydrophobic groups was 70%,was above 15000 times and its static water absorption rate in24 h was less than 40%.The waterproof properties would be increased when chrome tanning agent was used as fixing agent.
