摘要
本文针对西昌钢钒铝镇静钢精炼-连铸过程钢中铝、钛等易氧化元素烧损严重的问题,通过对钢包渣改质技术、连铸保护浇注技术以及合金加入方式等关键工艺技术的研究,大大降低了铝镇静钢精炼-连铸过程钢中铝、钛等易氧化元素烧损值,对于降低合金成本以及提高产品品质具有重要作用。
In present paper,great loss of Al,Ti etc.and the way to realize stable yield ratios of them during secon-dary refining and c ontinuous casting in Xichang Steel Works of Panzhihua Steel Company were systematically studied.Series of key countermeasures w ere effectively taken,including the top slag optimization in the ladle,prevention of re-oxidation of liquid steel during continuous castin g and ways of alloy additions and so on.Obtained results showed that these efforts were successful,viz.,yield ratio of Al,Ti etc.were greatly improved,which contributed a lot to the quality improvements of the final products.
